Development & Operations Manager
Alexandra Habeck, MBA, is the Operations Manager at both Olga Neighborhood Wellness Services and Redeemer Lutheran Church. Driven by a deep care for the community, she helps manage day-to-day operations and supports the initiatives that make both spaces welcoming and supportive for all who come through their doors.
Kendra Stea
Board President
Kendra Stea, MS, NCC, is the Board President of Olga Neighborhood Wellness Services, bringing a wealth of experience in human services, behavioral health, and talent development. With a Master’s in Counseling and a lifelong commitment to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), she is deeply rooted in both faith and service. Raised on a farm, Kendra now resides in downtown Milwaukee, where she balances her professional life with her cherished role as a proud aunt to 16 nieces and nephews.
Deb Pipkorn
Kitchen and Food Manager
Deb keeps the heart of Olga running smoothly. From managing supplies and stocking the kitchen to supporting our team and ensuring every meal service is organized, she makes sure Lunch at Olga’s operates seamlessly. Formerly a dedicated volunteer, Deb brings care, experience, and reliability to every part of our kitchen and food program.

Pastor of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Olga NWS Board Member
Rev. Dr. Lisa Bates-Froiland serves as the pastor of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, where she has been a dedicated spiritual leader since 2011. With a commitment to social justice and community engagement. Her leadership at Redeemer Lutheran Church extends to her role on the board of Olga Neighborhood Wellness Services, where she contributes her experience and passion for fostering inclusive and compassionate communities.
Joan Jacobs
Treasurer
Joan Jacobs brings both heart and precision to our team. As Treasurer, she ensures our finances stay on track with clarity and care. Every Thursday, she leads our kitchen with warmth and skill, preparing nourishing meals that bring our community together. Whether balancing budgets or stirring soup, Joan’s dedication and generosity are at the core of everything we do.​
Senait Tesfai-Barker
Board Member
Dr. Senait Tesfai‑Barker, a board-certified internal medicine physician, brings her expertise in healthcare and community wellness to Olga Neighborhood Wellness Services. She supports our mission to provide compassionate, informed care and guidance to our neighbors.
