Alexandra Habeck, MBA, is the Operations Manager at both Olga Neighborhood Wellness Services and Redeemer Lutheran Church. Driven by a deep care for the community, she helps manage day-to-day operations and supports the initiatives that make both spaces welcoming and supportive for all who come through their doors.
Deb Pipkorn
Kitchen and Food Manager
Deb keeps the heart of Olga running smoothly. From managing supplies and stocking the kitchen to supporting our team and ensuring every meal service is organized, she makes sure Lunch at Olga’s operates seamlessly. Formerly a dedicated volunteer, Deb brings care, experience, and reliability to every part of our kitchen and food program.


Joan Jacobs
President
Joan Jacobs brings both heart and precision to our team. As Treasurer, she ensures our operations and funding stay on track with clarity and care. Every Thursday, she leads our kitchen with warmth and skill, preparing nourishing meals that bring our community together. Whether balancing budgets or stirring soup, Joan’s dedication and generosity are at the core of everything we do.
Senait Tesfai-Barker
Board Member
Dr. Senait Tesfai‑Barker, a board-certified internal medicine physician, brings her expertise in healthcare and community wellness to Olga Neighborhood Wellness Services. She supports our mission to provide compassionate, informed care and guidance to our neighbors.

Board Member
Fred, a retired professional and longtime volunteer, brings deep dedication and invaluable knowledge to our day-to-day operations and the Lunch Program. His consistent presence and commitment help ensure everything runs smoothly, and his passion for serving the community makes a lasting impact.
Austin Pettigrew
Board Member
Austin, Meal Program Manager at our partner organization The Gathering, brings valuable insight into food insecurity across Milwaukee County. His expertise helps inform and strengthen our meal program, ensuring we better meet the needs of our community.


Mary Basham
Board Member
Mary, a retired psychologist and dedicated member of our Thursday volunteer crew, brings thoughtful insight into the mental health needs of our community, helping ensure our work remains compassionate, informed, and responsive.
